Good afternoon! Today is November 20, 2021, which means that X-Man turned one year old today. And in honor of this, I would like to tell you about where I started and what I came to. By the way, TheBMmusic already asked me about this a week ago. Therefore, almost the entire letter is copied from my TheBMmusic response. It all started in 2019. I suddenly had a certain passion for musical creativity. By the way, before that I was not interested in music at all. I started listening to rock from the band Skillet. And I liked it. However, I got tired of this band and absolutely different music began to get into my ears. And then came the turning point. In February 2020, I learned about the Geometry Dash game from my friend (he is also my second cousin and classmate), which we are still actively playing. I was very hooked by the music from the game, and my brother and I sometimes danced to it. Later I got the news that there is a website called Newgrounds. All soundtracks used in Geometry Dash are taken from it. I sometimes visited this site and listened to something on it. I really liked it, it's one of my favorite sites. The very concept of freely posting various content and rating on a 10-point scale went to all 10 points for me. I have a desire to become a part of Newgrounds myself. In July 2020, my father bought me an iPad 7 for 27999 rubles. There was a program - GarageBand. This is actually the same application with which I started learning how to create songs. My very first track was "New Day". This is some trash... I did it on November 19. And the next day I just created an account on Newgrounds. I called him by my then nickname "Creatorsstudio". And after that, I abandoned the account for 1.5 months. During this time, I managed to create 5-7 tracks in GarageBand and almost all of them were full bottom. Then I remembered about Newgrounds, found out how to convert a file and released those tracks for which I was not ashamed at the time. Now I regret some of them. That's how I rate those tracks. Good ones: "Ballad Of Knight", "Air War", "Blackstep", "World Check", "Danger Above", "Nightmare". Averages: "Dance Of Every", "Orchestral Race", "Unnamed". Bad ones: "Alien Attack", "Polismania", "Eternal Battery", "Complete Victory". These are all my compositions made in GarageBand and released on Newgrounds. I have 19 more tracks that I either haven't finished or didn't want to release. This was my first experience. Then on February 10, 2021, my laptop was repaired. I downloaded FL Studio 20 and switched to this program. After 4 days I released "Travel North". This was my first track made in FL Studio 20. And I consider it worthy for the first attempt. Then the quality of my compositions improved and now we have come to the present time. I like making music, I often watch videos on YouTube where they tell me what to do, try to take advice from some other musicians, etc. In 2022, I plan to popularize my activities, go beyond Newgrounds and start mastering other platforms, but I don't think they will like them as much as Newgrounds.
